How Find Quality Internet Leads?

Q: I have used internet leads in the past. The quality of the leads seems to haveDave Hershman Portrait
gotten very poor. What companies can you suggest that have good leads at a reasonable price. Good leads are 1) fresh 2) sold less than 4 times 3) possibly scrubbed or verified 4) complete and accurate.

A: Paul--good question. I have specialized in helping loan officers not use leads for many years through my training. But leads are part of the business. That is why I set up a special partnership with
HouseValues. Three reasons--

a. They are a public company and have the strength for a quality control program. They actually verify their leads through a separate program.

b. They offer choices--from exclusive to those that are sold more than once (but limited). Keep in mind that you can't prevent one person from signing up on three sites--ruining this goal. But at least the Company is doing what it says it will do.

c. They offer more than refinance leads which are used for a quick paycheck. They offer purchase leads. These leads take longer to work but have the potential to help your long-term business plan by delivering value to real estate agents.
