You need a property, a reputable appraiser and contractor and a funding source to purchase the property. Depending on what you plan to do with the property, you may also need a good mortgage broker to refinance you, a motivated REALTOR® to sell the property or a good property management company to locate and interview tenants and manage the property for you. This doesn’t include other possible service providers, such as a surveyor, landscaper or handyman..

A Great Little Tool To Make Receiving Phone Calls Better
(Don't give out your cell or home phone ever again.)

Today I just want to share with you something very interesting, a potentially very helpful business tool that I found on the internet.

As I have always said, there are a million places to find useful resources. My goal is to provide you something more. My goal is to always be on the look out for ways to help your business Thrive NOW! To look for the valuable resources and tools that will help your business to run more smoothly, and to put them all in one place so that they are easier for you to find.

Today I came across a service called GrandCentral.com. This is a great web based phone management tool for mortgage brokers, real estate professionals and business owners in general. This free tool enables you to create a NEW phone number in the area code of your choice and forward all calls to any phone number you want. It actually has many features and uses, such as allowing you to:
* Give out one phone number that can reach you anywhere, so people who you want will not have to track you down;
* Forward your calls to several phones at once;
* Forward your calls to different phones depending on who is calling;
* Check your voice mail in any of three ways: by phone, via the website, or have them sent to you in email. You can even download them as an audio file to save for posterity;
* Record a call, even if the call is already in progress;
* Keep one phone number for life, even if you switch jobs or move.

As a business professional, you can take advantage of this service in many different ways. Here are just a few ideas:
* You can advertise one phone number and have it directed anywhere that is most convenient.
* You can publish or give out a phone number without revealing your home office or cell phone number.
* You can receive calls where you want when you want and not receive them when you don't want.

Unfortunately, there is one downside at this time. They currently do not have any more numbers available. You should get on their waiting list now by going to their site and entering your name. They will contact you when numbers in your area become available.

A great alternative that currently is available is Skype. Basic Skype is also a free service. You can make calls from any computer to any other Skype user for free. For a very nominal fee you can make calls to and receive calls from any landline or mobile phone. Here are some of the useful features of Skype:
* You can forward to any phone;
* You can add a Skype Me Now link to you website, so people can call you for free, immediately, WHILE they are on your website. That means you are only a click away from potential leads!
* You can forward to several other lines (for a very small fee);
* You can easily do video calls;
* You can do text chats and exchange files;
* If you want to expand into a new location, you can set up a local phone number there for your clients to call you. You can then receive the calls from anywhere, even if you are on a business trip in another country.
