When I travel around the country presenting my strategies to loan officers and speak to my private one on one close door coaching members I am finding a common problem many are having in their business. The problem is finding the time to work on your business instead of letting the business run you which is to often the case for most of us.

As a loan officer there are a million interruptions during the course of a day. We have clients calling, agents calling, processors asking us questions, and of course the regular and constant calls from advertising and lead generation companies trying to “sell” us more new ways to get business. Okay, you know you need to use the internet to help promote your business. You also know you need to have a professional internet presence to make your business seem real these days. You have also heard over and over again about all the great ways to use the internet and the things you need to do.

You know you need a website. You know you need to do Search Engine Optimization for that site. You know you need to create an email list and send emails and newsletters. You know the power of Social Marketing, blogs, forums etc. You know the power of writing your own articles and distributing them. And you know that all of this is supposed to save you time and money and make your life easier.
